How to join ánimo PLUS
(Mediclinic Pietermaritzburg)

1) First click the login button
This is present in the top right of the screen

2) Fill in 'New member' details
Please use your personal email account if you are a Mediclinic staff member, as currently the Mediclinic server does not accept the ánimo PLUS confirmation email.

3) Select roles
Mediclinic Unit managers and hospital controls should select the "Hospital management" role.
Ward nurses and UAA's should select "Hospital ward staff".

4) Please confirm you are not a robot
This may consist of an image where you select the correct squares. This step is necessary to reduce registrations of automated "bots"

5) Wait for membership approval
Your membership request and role will be assessed and approved before access will be granted.
Once approved you will receive a confirmation email from ánimo PLUS.
Please monitor your inbox (and occasionally spam mailbox) for the confirmation email.

6) Confirm email address
Please go through to the confirmation email and click on the highlighted link.
You will not be able to log in if you do not confirm your email address with the highlighted link.

7) Open ánimo Plus and log in
Click the log in button on the top right of the screen

8) Click "Log in"
Please select the member log in button.
Do not fill in the new member screen again.

9) Log in with Email
Select the Email log in button

10) Log in
Log in with your email address and password. You can save these log in details on you device.

11) Select role
Navigate to your particular role.

12) Set up chat function
Please click on the "Chat" button and send a "Hi" to bed booking. You will be required to fill in your email one last time. The chat function talks directly with bed booking and is available from 08h00-16h00, Mon-Fri. These messages will not be lost so the chat widget can be closed at any time. If you are not on the chat screen then "Bed booking" will still be able to email you directly with any needed information.
